Restaurant Seegrube
The Seegrube Restaurant is located high above the rooftops of Innsbruck. The restaurant is open all year round and caters to all who enjoy Tyrolean cuisine and the fantastic views over Innsbruck. The cosy self-service area in the ground floor is a nice place to while away the hours on those sunny days. If you prefer to be served at your table, then just take a seat at the restaurant in the first floor and enjoy the classic Tyrolean cuisine.
We also offer a special service to those who want to celebrate privately and enjoy the special views over Innsbruck. In addition to the possibility of reserving the restaurant, a seminar room is also available both during the day and in the evening. Dining at 1,905 m really is a unique experience!
From Breakfast to 4-Course Meals
If you enjoy a hearty breakfast, then the Seegrube Restaurant is the place for you! Start the day with a great breakfast and enjoy the wonderful panorama at the same time. Breakfast is served daily from 9 am. Jazz fans will enjoy our live-music brunch which takes place every Sunday in July and August.
Some people like to start the weekend by going out for a meal, so why not “Ride & Dine”? Every Friday evening we serve a seasonal 4-course meal at the Seegrube Restaurant. The Seegrube Cable Railway runs every half hour from 6 – 11.30pm at reduced prices.

Why not try out the new circular hiking trail which starts directly from the patio area of the Seegrube Restaurant? The trail takes just 25 minutes from start to finish.

The Igloo Bar at 1,905m is open from December to April and is a great place to relax and chill. The igloo is located right next to the Seegrube Station, and visitors can marvel at its artistic ice sculptures as well as impressive light and sound elements.
